    12v power supply problem

I have a major problem with blue screen without freezes, and my research brought me different checking the power supply voltages. I had less than 10v instead of 12v, and it was no name, I bought a corsair rightly famous for its 12v and stability. I have the mount, and I discovered that I still have not 12v. I am still under 10v! It is a pc that I got, and I always had freezes since the beginning!

    the motherboard is a ABIT
    MPS Version: 1.40
    Model: UL8 (ULI M1689)

The power supply can no longer be in question, I wonder if there would be no problem of jumpers on the motherboard, or bad bios setting. I have the pdf manual of the motherboard if you need! I really need your help because my knowledge is limited in this matter!

Where can you see 10v: in the BIOS or on some application on Windows?

    Bios: I put the info

    CPU Operating Speed: Default
    Multiply Facor: StartUp
    CPU FSB Clock (MHz): 204
    AGP Clock: Auto

    Voltages Control: Default
    CPU Core Voltage: 0 mV
    DDR Voltage: 2.60V
    DDR Ref Voltage: - 2.5%
    AGP Voltage: 1.55V
    Chipset Voltage: Default

    Spread Spectrum: Spread 2%

That's the voltage displayed in bios

    Now in

    Advanced Chipset Features> M1689 Configuration:
    M1689 Gated Clock: DISABLED
    CLK PCI/14M/USB Power Down: DISABLED

    Hyper Transport Config
Hammer to M1689 Freq: 800 Mhz
    M1689 HTT TriState: DISABLED

    PnP / PCI Configurations
    Resources Controlled By: Auto (ESCD)
PCI / VGA Palette Snoop: DISABLED

    PC Health Status
    Shutdown Temperature: 95 ° C
    CPU Warning Temperature: 80 °
    CPU Fail Alarm Selectable: DISABLED
    CPU FANEQ Control:
    FanEQ Target Temperature: 55 °C
    FanEQ Temp. Tolerance: 5 °
    FanEQ Start Control: 70%
    FanEQ Stop Control: 30%
    CPU Temperature: 76 °C
    System Temperature: 20 °C
    PWM Temperature: 34 °C
    CPU Fan Speed: 3375 RPM
    CPU Core Voltage: 1.44 V
    DDR Voltage: 2.64 V
DDR VTT Voltage: 1.31 V Voltage
    AGP VDDQ Voltage: 1.57 V
    ATX +12 V: 12.33 V ..... Here it surprises me a lot!

I realize that the bios does not give me the same information that sandra or everest!

    I am completely lost!

It is really hot, try to change the thermal paste and do a little cleaning of the tower and cooling simultaneously. But must be careful not to break the processor by removing and returning the cooler. Which processor?

it can happen that windows apps do not load properly in the motherboard to the probes, the real value is that the BIOS.

No, but 76 ° on the Processor, too, is your CPU to a problem or there is a problem with cooling.

Check if you did not put too much thermal paste (should not take too much).
