hey,
My old CPU fan is not working properly, so I am trying to install a new fan.
But I am completely unaware of getting my old fan off, since there are no screws. But there is some kind of clip.
How should I do?

The fan is attached along with the heatsink. With care the fan is removeable, leaving the heatsink attached. It would be harder if the heat sink is removed.
The fan itself is a snapin. You can see the fingers in the mounting hole.
you can use a small screwdriver, a small knife edge and maybe a few toothpicks would do. A needle nose pliers that can fit the depression would work,or use small pieces of tubing to hold the fingers in.
With a proper tool or extreme care you can take the fan off without removing the heatsink.
Computer fans can be rather noisy. This can be distracting in a quiet work area. Manufacturers are finding ways to not use computer fans and still have an effective cooling system for the computer. One alternative is to have a larger heatsink. Although this is much more costly, it is a quieter and more reliable way to cool the inside of the computer.
