Open the Run>> type msconfig and enter in the window that opens, go to the Startup Programs tab
look for the Virtual Keyboard and uncheck the checkbox.
Be careful when moving in msconfig, just disable the virtual keyboard.

when you close it will ask if you want to reboot, choose one and done.
when you restart a window will open telling you modified q, mark
the option to continue to show more dialog.

see if it works and put aki.
