CD ROM door not opening

Hello Friends,

I am windows XP user. I frequently use my CD ROM. But today when i tried, the door is not opening. Everything else is working fine. I don't know what's wrong.

Help Required.

There is a small hole in front of the drive. Straighten a paper CLIP insert it in the hole until it makes contact. Then push it inside, it will open.

First check the light on your drive. If it is on, then Try to reboot your system. You can also do this - open the Case and reset the Drive. Let us know if it works.
