HP DeskJet f380 does not print color

I have the following problem:

I got myself a new HP DeskJet f380 and bought me the correct driver for my pc with windows vista . The installation was successful but when I get a text or a picture to print it prints no colours. Die colors are new and are also recognized.

can one help me?

Look, whether the color of the bottom protective film was removed.

1. Print cartridge is defective
2. Broken printer
