Cannot Change Cartridge of Canon Printer

Hello, I have a Canon Printer purchased last year. recently when i trie dto change it cartridge it did react to me .the printer is Unable to bring the charger ink on the front to change the cartridges, amd therefore i m unable to change it. i think there is damage is thereis a possibility of repairing it?
and what can i do here now ?

You did not specify the model no of printer.please give details info about your problem than we will be able to help you .

Are you not able to do this The cartridge just slides out. When you lift the latch you will see the cartridge has lifted too. All you need to do is pull the cartridge toward you. It slides right out.

To change the cartridge you have switch on the printer lift up the scanning/copy platen - put you fingers underneath the LED display and lift it, in a couple of seconds the cartridges will move over to the left, where you can pull them out and replace them.it is really simple

Thanks i have No problem now, I unplugged the printer at the precise moment when the carriage is in the center and suddenly the issue is resolved
