SATA disk to USB?

Hi! I have a SATA hard disk 160 GB, Recently i brought a 500 GB hard disk, which is enough for my computer. i want to know if it is possible to convert my sata drive to External USB drive so that i can carry it along anywhere..? IDE to USB converters are out in market, but i'm not sure if there is any similar device for Sata disks. help guys!

Hey this is a cool thing i never knew about such tool.
Is this converter is available in India? If yes then how much will it cost me?
I have an old SATA hdd with me which i want to use externally & dont want to open the cabinate every time.
