External Hard Drive is working Slow in Windows Vista.

I have made this post because I am facing an issue with my 80 GB USB External drive, whenever I am trying to do copy-paste it’s taking too much of time. If I try to use the same drive in Windows XP it’s working fine can anyone tell me what’s the issue.

    Thanks in Advance
