    HI THERE.........
    1. Well, i m here to tell you it is not a hoax, and the proof is coming from Asus, one of the world’s largest motherboard makers. Asus came up with Dual Xeon 875.
    2. The PC-DL is unique in more that just the capability of its 875 to run two Xeon chips. It is also one of the most affordable dual-processor boards on the market. We are told it will sell for below $300 – somewhere in the $240 to $300 range. Asus believes this relatively low price also will make the board attractive to gamers and Performance Enthusiasts, in addition to the natural target of the Workstation and Small Server Market.
    3. So, Asus has introduced PC-DL with support for dual 533FSB Xeons. This is likely the first step on the road to the new 800FSB Xeons, because many have recently complained that Xeons are falling behind in the performance area to the latest in the Pentium 4 family.
    4. When you’re looking at results with the Dual Xeon 3.06 Processors, keep in mind that Xeons with 800FSB capabilities will undoubtedly make their appearance in the near future. As we saw with the move of Pentium 4 from 533 to 800FSB, this change alone will bring a significant boost in performance. The 875 chipset, of course, is already 800FSB capable, so the move to 800FSB Processors should be an easy one.
    5. The features such as Serial ATA Raid, Firewire, 8X AGP 3.0, onboard CSA LAN, and Promise RAID will remind you more of the Asus P4C800-E than they will of other Xeon boards.

The Asus Eee PC 901 is essentially BUILT UP with a variant on the original Eee PC 900 with better looks. The build itself has much 'meatier' hinge fitted as well as the edges smooth.

    1. Asus have seemingly gone all out with the durability of the 901, and done a very good job. The screen remains at 8.9" with 1024x600 resolution.
    2. More battery life thanks to the 6-cell Li-Ion, 6600 mAh 7.4V common with the large 1000 models.
    3. The processor is different; gives way to the more powerful and energy efficient 1.6GHz 'Atom', noticeably boosting performance with several applications open. The enhanced processor coupled with the absence of moving parts also results in a cooler machine whilst simultaneously letting you perform more tasks.
    4. The smaller air ventilationfor low noise, leaving the Eee PC 901 almost silent.
    5. Other extra features on the Eee PC 901 include bluetooth and wireless networking as standard.
    6. The keyboard hasn't changed a bit. the height of the keys are somewhat limiting.
    7. The Linux based operating system has an excellent boot-up time (compared with the Windows XP Eee PC version) of around 20 seconds, or 5 seconds from standby. The display comes with pre-installed programs on tabs marked: 'Internet', 'Work', 'Learn', 'Play', 'Settings' and 'Favourites'. Links are provided to top websites such as Google. Skype is also included and works with the 1.3 megapixel webcam and microphone allowing for video conversation. 'Work' includes a selection of OpenOffice programs; 'Learn' features a resource of educational applications .
    8. more exciting feature is 'Play' which has all your music, videos, games photos, webcam and sound recorder.
    9. Overall, the Asus Eee PC 901 is excellent value for money at 25000 Rs. advances with the 901. A big bonus is the larger keyboard, which is now big enough to use for almost any typing. It retains the 6-cell 6600mAh battery common with the 901 with similar battery life.
