PSU Question

Core 2 Quad Q9300 2.5 GHz oc 3.0 GHz
Asus Maximus Formula
2x OCZ Gold XTC 2 GB 6400
2x Samsung HDD 250 GB
Samsung HDD 640 GB
2x DVD-combo drives

Gigabyte Aurora + 3 led fan
Zalman 9500Led
OCZ StealthXstream 600W

The question is about the psu. Is it good enough for this system+4870X2?

I have a Thermaltake W0009RUC Silent PurePower 420W PSU for DFI Lanparty Ultra-D mobo. Just i want to know ,if this PSU has a 24pin connector or not. If it not, I'll have to go buy a converter.

According to it's specifications the retail box has a 20-24 pin adapter included.
