    Problem burning CD

HI , This is now my problem. I use BurnAware free to burn. Here, I just tried to burn a CD, everything went well until the end, burn but after the software stops responding and I have to reboot my PC manually. I had the same problems using nero8.

I updated the firmware of my Samsung DVD recorder (connected SATA).

If you have any ideas or testing me to do, it would be cool, because I know what to do.

    Thank you very much!

    Hi,
Check the Device manager see if there is a yellow mark. Is it that Windows is updated and the drivers of your pc ?

    Hi,
No, not yellow mark in device manager. I am under SP2 for Windows and regularly updating it. and drivers of the pc is also Up to date. Generally burning goes well, sometimes it makes me even burn completed successfully. When I try to go through the burned CD with Windows Explorer: either the CD is empty, I also installed SP3 but no improvements.

    Hi,
Try this select your drive and click the right uninstall it, reboot the PC and do a test burn after Windows has finished installing it.

    Re: Problem burning CD

    Hi
I tried to uninstall the drive as stated above, no improvement. I even change the drive through that of my brother, no improvement. I changed SATA cable, power cable, SATA port, always the same. In fact, the burning goes well, then once the word "burn successful" appears, the Windows hourglass appears and program not responding. Unable to close it even through the device manager. I have a GA P35 DS3R rev2.1 . I do not have ASPI but it seems to me that this is not necessary if connected SATA, no? I do not know what to try ...

With the help please! Thank you
