    CrossFire with 8800GT

    Hi All.
I have a question for some time is it possible to mount a crossfire on my motherboard, using my 8800GT, as the second card gr.

I come across articles, or we show the possibility of setting up a SLI with two different cards grams, for example, a HD4870X2 and a GTX260.
Apparently this type of assembly, is only possible in Windows Vista e 7.

So I want to know is it possible to mount a CrossFire HD4850 using a port on the 16X and the 8800GT on the second port.
My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-MA78G-DS3H and I'm on Vista. It is possible to bridge?

Thanks for all of those who helps!!

Then I think it is totally impossible, where you saw that it was feasible?
