hard drives with several write / read?

a hard drive with at least 2 write / read. Why are the not? How accurate are working hard drives internally?
Theoretically it can be seen for example. 1 TB of disk from the 8 "heads" while simultaneously read or write.

In principle it would be like a house raid. But obviously use existing disks heads while not otherwise would have hard drives with multiple disks automatically faster than the smaller models (only linear, not the access time).
