HP Photosmart ink cartridge problem
Good morning ,the ink cartridge of my printer was empty so i purchased a new one No. 339 - C8767EE) and I had installed it by turning the printer the printer off but the problem is that my printer is not detecting the cartridge therefore I can not use my printer. Thank you for your help

Repeat the procedure, but without cutting the power. The program of the printer did not detect the change of cartridge I think.

I have already done this on several occasions but nothing happens and the error message is displayed. Thank you for your response.

then Try cleaning electrical contacts between the cartridge and the stand with a dry (without water or other product) paper towel . If it persists, you can repeat the same operation using a bit of denatured alcohol.
