Problem with Epson RX700

I have a Multifunction Epson Stylus Photo RX700 with which I can not open the scanner, a message saying: "escndv.exe" met with a problem and needs to close.
Signature of the error: AppName: escndv.exe, AppVer: 2.7.0.1, ModName: esui.dll
ModVer: 2.7.5.1, Offset: 00071591
I uninstalled and reinstalled the "Epsonscan" and it changes nothing.
If someone has an idea about what to do? A big thank you in advance!

What is your OS (XP, Vista ...)
As you tried your Epson on another computer?

Your drivers they come from a CD or did you downloaded from the site of the manufacturer?

thank you to interest you in my problem. To answer your questions: my scanner is no particular noise when I make a photocopy everything works perfectly. I have Windows XP and my software "Epsonscan" are on a CD delivered with the multipurpose.
Yes, I tried my scanner on another computer (the same as mine, that of my son) on which I installed the software and everything worked perfectly.
