Rj45 Cable for Xbox 360 shielded or unshielded ?

I want to buy a rj45 cable for my xbox 360 but I do not know the difference between shielded and unshielded cable as well as straight and crossed cable ? Thank you in advance

you need a crossover cable (cable network that connect different devices) and a single cable is sufficient Shielded cable is to avoid losses following the length of cable if your xbox is 50m from your cable box takes a shielded one
if less than 50m you can go for unshielded one

The difference between a shielded cable or not is its sensitivity to magnetic fields. For personal use it does not matter (but not really). If you want to connect your XBOX 360 to a switch or a hub to take a cable right (but now most of the switch detect if the cable is straight or crossover)

ya thanks for your replies i wanted to buy cable because as Xbox 360 link cable is same as cross over cables except for one difference. The system link cable comes in a special xbox package with an microsoft xbox logo on it and it probably upmarked close to 150%.
