when I try to print my messages with my outlook following message:
an error occurred in the script on this page:

how can I correct the problem

you encounter the same message when you print from Internet Explorer?

Your printer is it postscript printer?

If yes
Here is the resolution of the problem:

1 - Opens the property of the printer and disables the selection EPS if necessary.
2 - Open Internet Explorer and then on the File menu command Page Setup removes the header and footer and then reprint.

If not

I reinstall your printer if the problem persists reinstall Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook with a troubleshooting instead of resettlement.

Here's what to do: uncheck "Enable third party browser extensions" in Tools / Internet Options / Advanced. Then close and re-open Internet Explorer
