Disrupt the memory of a USB key

What is the utility, and is what it could disrupt the memory of a USB key?

I noticed that the USB port on the msi wind are magnetic. A small usb key can still hung without plug.

because the ports of a PC, are not magnetized at least not on mine!

No this is not my key that is magnetized, at least I doubt it because the USB jack on my mouse is also magnetized. This will therefore specificity msi wind?
