Microphone problem

I just bought a new PC with a motherboard MSI X48C platinum including a sound card Realtek high definition, I installed all the drivers is I can not adjust my microphone.

I'm looking for is a person with the same hardware to assign the same setting for my microphone to work, or if someone knows where the problem may come.

you have checked the mic boost in the advanced settings of its Windows (or other software type Realtek, 2 are linked in principle)

looks at the bios because I was virtually the same problem

In bios you must have a thing called HD Audio Realtek then you selected and all should work
