How to configure SATA port on SATA hard drive ?

Following the replacement of my IDE drive with a SATA drive, I find myself in trouble plugging it on my card.

Configuration
Motherboard: ASUS A8V Deluxe

two hard drive plugged into the black SATA port

I have two more SATA ports marked red Raid. When I plug in my recorder on those it is not configured. Is it possible to reconfigure the port?

You can find this information on motherboard manual which is provided to you along with the board. Just go through it and you will be able to do so. If you find any difficulty then feel free to ask over here.

Thank you for both the documentation. But unfortunately I can not find how to connect my three devices in sata and the BIOS for all is recognized
1 250 GB SATA disk with black sata 1
1 1TB SATA disk on the black SATA2
and a recorder sata?

Here are the options I put in bios
ONSHIP SATA BOOT ROM on enabled
ONBOARD PROMISE CONTROLLER on enabled
Operating mode on IDE mode

HDD connected to the chip Raid Promise?
Activate the JBOD.
As against for your recorder will see the first SATA controller if it only supports HDD and no optical drive.
