Problem In Device Driver

I have new hcl laptop. installed windows xp,it working fine but there is problem error code message on a number of hardware devices.

Any other ideas of how I can't get the message?

i think the device driver is not install properly.try to reinstall it.

The Device Manager displays the following error code message:A driver for this device was not required, and has been turned off (Code 32 or Code 31)
You may also receive an error code 39 message that indicates that the driver is corrupted.
