Camera Not Working

I have a Canon Powershot A590 camera i put the disk in downloaded it but when i plug the camera in and it comes up shows found new hardware but it cannot find drivers there is a error code 28.

try to get help from website of your camera

do not plugged camera in to computer while installing driver cd
