Different error messages after each time of formatting

My PC no longer restarts after an automatic update of Windows XP Home (OEM version), I tried to format my HDD and install a different version of Windows. I removed my old partitions and created the new one but this gives me a blue screen and the error message:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer: looking for viruses on your computer. Remove any hard drive or hard disk controller newly installed. Check your hard disk to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run chkdsk / F to check for damage to your hard disk and then restart your computer.

    Technical information:
    STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF7B26524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000).
I did not understood that at all and so I repeated it but here I got the new message:

    STOP: C0000221 unknown hard error \ systemroot \ system32 \ ntdll.dll
I have already made the "memtest" and there were no errors .... I do not know what to do? Can someone help me?

Apparently the ntdll poses problems in XP by not to start the installation, you did a quick NTFS format or normal? sometimes a normal formatting can be the cause of problems.

I do normal reformatting every time. But after another test, the PC no longer recognizes my USB keyboard!

I think your cd is not good? Just try some other installation CD. You can also try to change your RAM and/or hard drive, after all we never know which will die and at what time.

Reformat your hard drive once again and see what happens. You might have just removed the old partition and relocated the new one.
