My PC no longer restarts after an automatic update of Windows XP Home (OEM version), I tried to format my HDD and install a different version of Windows. I removed my old partitions and created the new one but this gives me a blue screen and the error message:
I did not understood that at all and so I repeated it but here I got the new message:A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer: looking for viruses on your computer. Remove any hard drive or hard disk controller newly installed. Check your hard disk to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run chkdsk / F to check for damage to your hard disk and then restart your computer.
