New Configuration but what Power Supply

Hi, I'd like to change my setup that begins to be obsolete for the following:

    - ASUSTeK P5Q3 Deluxe / WiFi-AP @ n (Intel P45 Express) - ATX
    - Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 - Dual Core! Socket 775 FSB1333 L2 cache 6 MB 0045 micron
    - Western Digital Velociraptor 150 GB 10,000 RPM Serial ATA 16 MB II - WD1500HLFS (bulk)
    - Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 - 1 Gb GDDR5 TV-Out/Dual DVI - PCI Express
    - XMS3 Corsair DHX 2GB (kit 2x 1 GB) DDR3-SDRAM PC10600 CL9 - TWIN3X2048-1333C9DHX

I have a power supply of Antec True Control 550-Watt which is now 2 years old soon. My question is following this diet is it enough power to run the previous configuration thoroughly and without any problems?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

Forget the DDR3, it does nothing about this kind of architecture. Take a P5Q-pro and the DDR2 PC6400 and PC8500, cause you will not see any difference (except at the price )

Normally the power supply is sufficient.

Thank you for your answers, the PSU therefore seems appropriate. I doubt because I saw on site that just several new models of graphics card consumes about 300 W it all alone.
