Pc recorder blocks

I have a problem with the software ConvertXtoDVD lorsaque I complete the conversion and it asks me to insert a DVD burner in me that blocks the pc every time and I am forced to close manually nothing works, yet my recorder serious NERO well.

Can some one solve my problem ?

Many question may be a source of the problem. This may be due to a problem when installing ConvertXtoDVD at this time should reinstall.

May be due to a conflict with another program, see the anti-virus. And finally (well for me at the moment I have no other ideas) it may be because a file from disk was damaged and at this moment we must make a disk check to repair the entire hard drive.
