My computer does not restart each time

I just set up a computer, everything works perfectly except this:

I turn the computer (beep am)

Either I see: A black screen (The screen receives a signal but remains black)

Screen presentation of my motherboard pressed me to go into the bios, then, after this past screen, windows does not start in place a black screen with a small treat white top left flashing ...

Screen presentation of my mother and me keys to go into the bios then windows started as agreed and no bug will then appear.

because you have three possible states and random is not easy to determine exactly what that might be.

Change graphics card: problem solved, it was the graphics card that dysfunctional system.
