    Peripherals non-operational

    Hello,
    For several days my devices, recorders, DVD, CD .absent from the workplace. They appear in the BIOS, in the list of my devices flanked by an exclamation point saying that windows installed the drivers but can not operate these elements.
    I uninstall, reinstall, changed the tablecloth; changed devices; changed slave or master; nothing done! What can i do apart from throwing the PC out the window ?

    Thank you

    Re: Peripherals non-operational

    hello

    Start> Run, type regedit and click OK.
    In the left pane, locate the following key:
    # HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

    Possibly made a backup of this key (right click> Export)
    In the right pane, delete, if they exist, values and UpperFilters LowerFilters
    Restart the computer.
