The computer does not restart after pause

My configuration is a Shuttle SP35P2 with XP3. The computer restarts after a pause but not the screen. It seems that the USB ports (keyboard and mouse) are not reactivated and therefore can not restart the PC.

I am with Vista Ultimate SP1 in English, but the setting is the same:

Panel => mouse => hardware (hardware it seems to me,this is the last tab) - Properties - Power management (management of energy I believe is the last new tab) - allow this device to wake the computer (this device has allowed the computer out of standby, so there are two cases, the first must be checked, and then you check the second)

1. My bios is a awardbios V6.00PG and I searched . I did not see the option.

The solution came from the bios provided by Shuttle was not good.
I "downgrade" bios and problem is resolved.
