Perhaps your motherboard is it too old! Perhaps it does not support USB 2.0!

The pc two months, I am under vista with GeForce 8100 and nforce720a, it is normally USB 2.0 but vista informs me that it runs in 1.1!
I'm looking for a long time, I had tried almost all the manipulations that I found with google ...
I use a USB key Pinnacle PCTV sick to receive DTT, it only works once on 3 restarting the PC.
