Loading textures slowsdown the Computer!

Hello everyone,

I am writing because I am fed up! Indeed, on some games where I am have a slower second when micro textures appear or that the field is defined. This is serious annoying! I had a WD640GB with 32 MB of cache and I hoped that the problem is resolved.

I see this slowdown yet in two main games:
Oblivion (that is enormously encouraging)
Rose Online

I have not really had time to list all games with whom I had this problem, but I can tell you that this is not the case with Crysis and Just Cause

My configuration:
8800GT Superclocked
C2D E8400
2X2 GB Twin2X de ram
Gigabyte P35 DS3L
