    Printing Problem with Kodak Easy Share Printer 5300

    I have a kodak easy share printer 5300. It cannot print in black but the color works very well, I already tried to change cartridges but nothing happens. The print cart moves as well. Please help me and Thank you.

    Have you tried to clean the head (cutting the course by security)? Patience always leads to a result.

    may be that your cable connection is partially unpluged to the computer or printer?
