Logitech webcam is not working in msn messenger

I have a problem with my new Logitech webcam.my web cam is not working properly after installing window XP.when i send my webcam and when the other person accepts msn freezes.
I don't know why it happening ...

can you give me suggestions?

The only way to use a cam instead of MSN Messenger is to use Netmeeting. You could also just start Netmeeting and then put in their IP number and call them.
