Defragmenting and cleaning disk

I am facing a small "problem". My area consists of twenty server and about 350 posts and I would like automatically start to clean disk and defrag. My question is has anyone of you have deployed setting up a system of this kind and what happens for the system used? Any tips would be welcomed

I want to simply set a system to deploy. This will be done automatically without that I need to spend on the 350 PC for automation and configure or start defrag and cleaning disk.
