Change partition on hard disk

My Acer Aspire 3682NWXCi Laptop have two logical partition on hard disk. How can I change this partition?

This is possible. You can either go for a fresh new installation of Windows using a CD or you can also use a partitioning tool and makes changes as per your need. There are lots of free partitioning tools over the net. GPart is one of those.
