Problem with wireless notebook laser mouse 5000
Hello, I have a problem mouse on the laptop, it gave me warnings as how its signal was very weak, he then changed the battery and since then nothing? I check the configuration I see no problem. It is under vista, the mouse is (wireless notebook laser mouse 5000) the level of the battery is (good), the signal is (high). I check for updates and everything has to date. I removed and handed the key, nothing! What I can check else? thank you in advance! |

Good eveining, On the mouse or receiver of the mouse, you should have a button labeled "Connect" or something like that which helps to restore the link between the mouse and its base. Bye ! Bye! |

Uninstall mouse from Device Manager, remove the key and mouse reinstall key in another USB port. |
