Can't find WebCam drivers

Very good afternoon, the annoying because I have a Logitech QuickCam Pro 5000, I have the cd came along with it , but cd now show to be corrupted. Download the software page, look everywhere but without success. I have not clarified that the CD installer

Somebody will have the drivers or giving me a secure source from which to download them?
