    HP Officejet Pro L7680 Printer Problem

    I have bought cartridges of HP Officejet Pro L7680 Printer , and after replacing the cartridges, it asks me to align it , but that is no way to make that alingments of cartridges, as i dont know how to align it or get rid of this error , even when i try to scan a document or try to make a photocopy, it ask me to align it so if you have a solution, please tell me thanks in advance

    Aligning the print cartridge is needed for better quality copying. The alignment process ensures that the ink cartridges are aligned with each other and the printing takes place at the right place , . It may be that the cartridge is not installed properly or it is not compatible with this machine. Verify that each cartridge is FINE and installed correctly , if The cartridge is perhaps not installed correctly. Open the scanner unit (lid) and properly install the cartridge.

    If this is a new cartridge, make sure you have removed the protective strip of blue ink nozzles. Do not remove the copper flexible circuit with electrical contact points. If no band is present, try to reinsert the original cartridge and perform the alignment process before retesting the new cartridge.

    • Press MENU or SETUP (Configuration) by model.
    • Repeatedly press the Right arrow button until Maintenance appears.
    • Press Enter.
    • Repeatedly press the Right arrow button until the Align Print Cartridges appears.
    • Press Enter. The unit begins the process of alignment and the display will show that the printing alignment page will be printed.
    • Make sure alignment is correct when the page is printed.
