Any connection between USB Ports and Updating Windows?

I don't know what had happened, my USB port stopped working suddenly, no work, nor the two front or rear, so obviously I can not use keyboard, mouse or anything that normally or usage.

I cleaned everything, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, but nothing.

In device manager does not appear conflicts in the bios everything is in order.
Any suggestions?
