No sounds after dusting

A week ago, I had done dusting of my computer. Yesterday I started my computer including the speakers. But there was no sound. It gets detected but gives me an error message. I can also see Yellow exclamation mark in device manager in front of the Multimedia Audio Controller. Can some on help me?

Yellow exclamation mark indicates that you are missing the drivers and need to be installed. So update your drivers.

I did that but it gives me an error message as the computer software don't supports the audio driver files.

Try to uninstall the drivers and reinstall it. See if that works.
