Do the following things close and reopen your game again which is generating binkw32.dll error. This is a temporary problem it may fix by a restart of your machine. Or you can reinstall the game, binkw32.dll error is basically a video codec that inclucdes game installation, if you re-install the game it may resolve your problem.

Help, why is Dragon Age 2 keeps telling me missing Physx components when I am using ATI Radeon HD 4770? Do I need to install Nvidia Physx driver when I am using ATI graphic card?

It is a save game bug. For that first empty your temp directory. You can find that by typing %temp% in the run box. Just empty this out and then uninstall the game completely. You have to then re-install it after a reboot. If still the issue continuous open task manager and then right click on DA2.exe and right click to set cpu affinity. Remove multi core support and just set the same to one cpu only.

I have checked out the error and I have found that the you might be having a bad dll as the game is crashing on the MSVCR80.dll, I will suggest you to better update the .net framework of your computer and see if it is making any difference or not. Just try it out and then let me know.
