How to Surrender the activated License for Tally.ERP 9

In case the user desires to use Tally.ERP 9 on another computer, surrender the activated license. You have to surrender the Tally.ERP 9 license in one of the following scenarios:

1. Format the hard disk
2. Reinstall the operating system
3. Add new hardware or drivers
4. Reactivate the same license on another computer

To surrender the single site license, you have to execute the following steps:

From the Company Info menu or Gateway of Tally

• Press F12: Configure > Licensing
  
• Select Surrender License

• Tally.ERP 9 prompts you with a message as shown below

• Press Y or click on Yes to surrender license

Isn't there must be a service for transferring a license or something. This does not looks a long way where you first surrender your license and then go back and install and hen reactive those things back again. How if I just setup the tally and the same license is auto activated and I use them on different systems also. This looks like a multi user thing but in some the tools I had found this support. I believe there must be this kind of things provided.
