Yes, on mobile you will get max speed of 1 mbps to 1.2 mbps.

I dont think so that that there any product exist for seperate data card in which we can insert any sim whether its 3g or 2g, because both goes in the other ways. I dont know for sure but I have heard that EVDO data cards or USB modems will only give you the same functionality in India. There are some routers as well like the TELDAT H1 HSUPA 3G provides Internet connectivity to local devices via an integrated 10/100 Ethernet Switch. Dual SIM card slots allow automatic failover between two separate 3G networks, providing high availability connectivity for mission critical applications.

Yup, T-Mobile is working quiet hard to make every one feel its presence in the cell phone market. Recently i have heard that T-Mobile will be launching the T-Mobile G2 to compete the android. Even they are planning to launch the T-Mobile myTouch which is renamed as myTouch 4G. Somedays back i have heard that it will be launched on 3rd November and will be available approximately at a cheap rate of INR 10,000. But i guess it is not released yet.

Well buddy, the download speed completely depends on the service you are using. And the signal strength of your 3g or 2g services. Mobile doesn't have much impact on the same. Secondly, it is good if you are getting it in 11,000 but check if it is in good condition. I mean , if the provider have 7.2 mbps speed with best signal availability then will X6 with 3.6 mbps HSDPA only give good speed in downloading? or E72 give more which have 10.2 mbps HSDPA and 2 mbps HSUPA?

I think that LG Optimus E720 is available in India as it was expected to be launched by November 2010 but the price is not yet being declared for this mobile phone. You will have to inquire about its price directly from the vendor shops or in Malls.
