First of all can you please tell us which telecom service are you using on your mobile phone? You have to request for GPRS settings from your service provider and then save the settings in your phone. After connect the phone to your pc and install the modem drivers of your mobile phone in your computer. Incase if the drivers given in this topic is not compatible with your phone then maybe your phone does not supports modem connectivity.

Due to i can't find any mention about SyncML inside the phone itself i faced a problem of importing some 200 contacts from old phone - is this problem fixable?

Its not any kind of error or bug in either your mobile or pc suite. It might just a conflict in the process. What you can do is , take a backup of your device and try ti import contacts again. Hope this time you will succeed

To download the driver for the Orkia OM-54 mobile you should visit the official site of the Manufacturer who will provide you the download for the driver which you are looking for as they are the developer so they might be having the driver for the same. So if you can then contact the Manufacturer and see what you are getting.

There is only one single PC SUite for each and every Chinese Mobile. YOu can download the same from here. For using your mobile as modem, did you tried the steps mentioned in the very first post of this thread ? Karrma has given step by step process for doing the same. First of all download and install the attached driver in your system and than follow the steps. If still you get any problem, do reply here.

It might be possible that the software which you are trying to install is not having the compatibility with the Windows 7 and that is why you it is not working with the same. I will advise you to download and install the latest and compatible version of the software. Windows 7 can not work with the old version of the third party application.

Hi Irfan, whatever the chinese model you have doesnt matter, u can install the one which is in the thread 6218 USB driver and then proceed with the steps which he has mentioned inthe earlier thread.You will be able to connect.
