In order to record video you must insert a microSD card into the BlackBerry smartphone.
Only videos loaded on the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 smartphone using Roxio Media Manager can be viewed in full screen. The other videos will be shown in vertical view
Windows Media Player only supports PC.
For BlackBerry Media Sync to work, the multimedia BlackBerry smartphone must be connected to computer via a USB cable. It is possible that the media player does not support certain music files, including incompatible file types and technology files that contain digital rights management.
BlackBerry Media Sync is compatible with devices with BlackBerry Device software v4.2 or higher. Devices that do not have the integrated mass storage capability will need a MicroSD card inserted correctly.
BlackBerry Media Sync is compatible with 32-bit editions of Windows XP Service Pack 2, which requires iTunes version 7.0 or higher and 32 editions and 64 bit Windows Vista, which requires iTunes version 7.2 or higher.
