    BlackBerry Enterprise Server :
    Use this option if one or more of the following applies :

    TIPS FOR BLACKBERRY PEARL 8100 :

    • Requires activation of a voice and data plan
    • Activation is required for a data plan.
    • Not all instant messaging programs allow you to send pictures. To find the functions and services that are supported, check with your provider IM (instant messaging).
    • In order to record video you must insert a microSD card into the BlackBerry smartphone.
    • Only videos loaded on the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 smartphone using Roxio Media Manager can be viewed in full screen. The other videos will be shown in vertical view
    • Windows Media Player only supports PC.
    • For BlackBerry Media Sync to work, the multimedia BlackBerry smartphone must be connected to computer via a USB cable. It is possible that the media player does not support certain music files, including incompatible file types and technology files that contain digital rights management.
    • BlackBerry Media Sync is compatible with devices with BlackBerry Device software v4.2 or higher. Devices that do not have the integrated mass storage capability will need a MicroSD card inserted correctly.
    • BlackBerry Media Sync is compatible with 32-bit editions of Windows XP Service Pack 2, which requires iTunes version 7.0 or higher and 32 editions and 64 bit Windows Vista, which requires iTunes version 7.2 or higher. Not compatible with Windows 2000. Mac OS 10.4 and 10.5 require iTunes version 7.7.1 or higher.
    • All rates applicable shall be used to purchase music on iTunes.
    • Available only in areas where service is access to the BlackBerry Maps.
    • Smartphones BlackBerry Pearl 8110 and BlackBerry Pearl 8120 is compatible with Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g. Not all BlackBerry plans support Wi-Fi access to BlackBerry services. Wi-Fi calls are made with UMA / GAN. Check with your service provider and service functions supported.


    YOU CAN CONSERVE BATTERY BY DOING FOLLOWING THINGS :

    • Turn off the BlackBerry in border areas or not covered:
      Press and hold the End key.
    • Exit the viewfinder of the camera when not in use.
    • Set the option to flash the camera on Auto or Off.
    • Set the backlight to a low setting.
    • Disable Bluetooth when not in use.
    • Use the transport solution Authentic BlackBerry Accessories that automatically turn off the LCD screen.
