LCD or Plasma?
Ending time of wisdom, LCD and Plasma technologies have evolved considerably in recent years, the arguments were the warhorses of the two supporters are gone, or almost, as it opts for top models or 'entry.
The color
Broadly speaking, plasma technology offers richer colors and more natural. Some LCD TVs offer high quality, however this level of backlight that the gap is narrowing considerably. In against part, entry-level LCD palette afiche lesser extent, with drifts of color.
Historically, plasma screens have a head start on the LCD on the shades of black and show a better contrast ratio. But from a purely visual level, this advantage may be that in the dark. Use
If you are keen on Home Theater Plasma is an excellent choice. Also it keeps the price advantage over LCD in very large slabs (> 46 inches).
