IB ACIO exam question papers and syllabus

Can anyone tell me from where I can get the previous years exam paper for Intelligence Bureau for ACIO. Also what is the syllabus for this IB ACIO that we need to refer to? Is there any entrance exam before applying for this examination, if so, then what qualifications are required? Thanks for answering my question in advance.

In the the Syllabus of IB ACIO you will have Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and English Language. You will be given 200 minutes to write down 2 question papers at a time. You get 2 types of question papers. The first deals with Obejective type questions and then other deals with Descriptive type questions. Both questions needs to be taken in a single day.
