What is the future of hardware, networking after cloud?

hai friends,
I have joined hardware and networking course and planned to do ccna, now my friend threatened me that if cloud computing comes means then all hardware , networking jobs will be vanished, is this true?? i am confused a lot< please advise me, what impact will cloud make impact

It is little bit true but not completely. Cloud cannot over take hardware or networking completely as there are billions of people those wont do computing at high end level. Cloud computing is just for high end pc users. If there is some possibility of the threat you mentioned above, than it will take long long time to do so. So dont worry at this moment.

According to me it was the very good opportunity for the hardware and networking, in this field more competitions are there,if you having your graduation in their you have to do better, and earn more money, in this field white color job.
