I think that jecrc is any day better than bit mesra main campus and also leave jaipur campus, but the best college in jaipur is SKIT and its beter than both of these. BIT Mesra is also known as BIT Ranchi, it has several extension centres but MBA is being taught at Mesra, Lalpur(Ranchi), Jaipur and Noida only.
