It will also provide ample opportunities to learn from showcasing & demonstration of learning leadership™. In the course of the lab, the participant will engage in practice sessions as process observers and learning leaders wherein they will apply their learning ‘live’. At the end of the program, the participants will be invited to undergo exposure to learning facilitation and will be offered opportunity to participate in live session facilitated by the consultants as process observers.
Besides learning through one-on-one experiential contact in the ‘here & now’ over the five days, the participants will be offered follow up support & counseling for sustenance of learning.
Excellence in Learning Leadership™ will enable the participants to commit to a style of being appreciative, asking rather than telling, surrendered listening without interrupting, building relationship rather than being task-oriented; emoting & able to be restrained when the situation demands; managing energy within as well as in the shared space; initiating conversations and negotiating rather than dictating decision-making.
