    IB ACIO exam question papers and syllabus

    Can anyone tell me from where I can get the previous years exam paper for Intelligence Bureau for ACIO. Also what is the syllabus for this IB ACIO that we need to refer to? Is there any entrance exam before applying for this examination, if so, then what qualifications are required? Thanks for answering my question in advance.

    In the the Syllabus of IB ACIO you will have Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and English Language. You will be given 200 minutes to write down 2 question papers at a time. You get 2 types of question papers. The first deals with Obejective type questions and then other deals with Descriptive type questions. Both questions needs to be taken in a single day.

    To be eligible for giving Intelligence Bureau ACIO examination a candidates must be an Indian Citizen. The candidate must be having grafuation in any stream, whether its commerce, science or arts, but it should be from a recognized university. The age limit for this candidates must be between 18 to 27 years. If it is above 27 years of age then it should be based on government rules. For OBC candidates there is a 3 years age relaxation and for SC/ST candidates there is a 5 years age relaxation.

    1. Article 17 of the constitution of India provides for
    (a) equality before law.

    2. Article 370 of the constitution of India provides for
    (a) temporary provisions for Jammu & Kashmir.-Answer
    (b) special provisions in respect of Nagaland.
    (c) special provisions in respect of Manipur.
    (d) provisions in respect of financial emergency

    3. How many permanent members are there in Security Council?
    (a) Three
    (b) Five-Answer
    (c) Six
    (d) Four

    4. The United Kingdom is a classic example of a/an
    (a) aristocracy
    (b) absolute monarchy
    (c) constitutional monarchy-Answer
    (d) polity.

    5. Social Contract Theory was advocated by
    (a) Hobbes, Locke and Rousseau.-Answer
    (b) Plato, Aristotle and Hegel.
    (c) Mill, Bentham and Plato.
    (d) Locke, Mill and Hegel.
